Juice Cleanse Instructions

Consume 3 bottles of juice for each day of your cleanse. Each bottle contains 32 oz, but you will want to consume 16 oz of juice every 2-3 hours. Keep juices refrigerated at all times.

You will also want to drink plenty of water between juices to stay hydrated. Drink at least 64 oz of water each day, but aiming for more water is best.

DO NOT go longer than 3 hours between juices to keep hunger at bay. If you start to feel hungry between juices, take that time to drink more water, meditate, journal, or do something to keep your busy and distracted. Hunger comes in waves, so it will pass. You got this!
